Google is Testing Knowledge Panel Without A Box Border

Google is again testing Knowledge Panel without a box border. Also, the Name in Knowledge Panel has been replaced with “About”.

I noticed this when I searched Barry Schwartz on Google. Rather than completely enclosing a knowledge panel in a box, Google is testing a different user interface. The desktop results show just this vertical divider line instead.

Here is a screenshot of the knowledge panel without a Box border.

Also, in the above screenshot, you can see the knowledge panel name has been replaced with “About”
